2. Independent Contractor Status
Rigusa Security facilitates placements for qualified independent contractors. No employer-employee relationship is implied unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Health & Safety
Safety is our priority. Contractors must follow all environmental hazards protocols and report any safe-work violations immediately via the app.
4. Use of Force
The use of force must be strictly governed by applicable law and Rigusa's de-escalation training standards. Incident reports are mandatory for all security actions.
5. Job Acceptance
By accepting a shift, the professional commits to the full duration and specifically outlined instructions provided by the client.
6. Time Tracking
Accurate clock-in and clock-out via the Rigusa Security mobile app is required for verification of attendance and administrative processing.
7. Account Suspension
Rigusa reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations of professional conduct, safety breaches, or non-compliance with licensing requirements.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Rigusa mobile platform and services constitutes full legal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
