How a shift works
Here’s how Rigusa Reserve coordinates every step of a security shift.
1. Request Created (Pending)
A client submits a request with dates, times, location, service details and guard requirements.
2. Team Assigned (Accepted)
Available security professionals review the opportunity and a team is assigned to the shift.
3. First Guard Clocks In (Active)
When the first guard clocks in on-site, the shift becomes active and live coordination begins.
4. Last Guard Clocks Out (Completed)
The shift is completed when the last guard clocks out and required reports are submitted.
Guards work independently. Individual hours, breaks, reports and payment summaries are tracked per guard for clarity and accountability.

By verifying presence through secure technology, we provide an extra layer of protection, ensuring that guards are supported throughout their entire service period.
Required shift and incident reports are intended to support accurate records of work performed, timing, and key details when issues arise.
